Nairobi Confident as WSC Cross Country Releases Bulletin 2

May 2nd, Nairobi, Kenya - ISF WSC Cross Country - Kenya 2024 released Bulletin 2.

The bulletin announces that 22 delegations from all five continents, comprising 460 participants, will visit Nairobi to not only compete in the World School Championship but also to experience the essence of Kenya and marvel at its breathtaking scenery.

The competition will take place on May 12th at Ngong Race Course, a venue renowned for hosting numerous National Cross Country championships and other sporting events like horse racing. Situated within the renowned Ngong forest, the course boasts a well-designed layout with natural obstacles, perfectly suited for cross country racing.

Continuing its tradition, ISF will conduct a series of educational activities during the event, including workshops on Safeguarding Children in Sport & Antidoping, aimed at participants such as athletes and coaches. Additionally, activities like Cultural Day, Nations Night, and Gala Dinner will further strengthen the exchange between the host city and participating delegations.
