ISF members have been arriving to Serbia’s capital of Belgrade today for an annual General Assembly, which is the supreme governing body of the ISF. The Assembly takes place just two weeks ahead of 2020 sport season.
Two Committee meetings took place today: Sport Committee meeting in the morning and Education and Legacy Committee Meeting in the afternoon.
ISF President Laurent Petrynka welcomed the members of Sport Committee. The meeting agenda revolved around events preparation, including ISF World School Championships and 2020 season highlight, summer edition Gymnasiade in October. Members also discussed cooperation with International Federations.
In addition, Committee members discussed World School Games U15 that will take place in Belrade in summer 2021.

Members of Education and Legacy Committee Meeting talked about the use of educational resources and preserving the legacy of ISF sport events for the future generations to come. One of the main topics of discussions was youth engagement and educational component of ISF events.

Tomorrow’s Agenda will include Continental meetings in the morning and Executive Committee meeting in the evening with General Assembly taking place March, 3.
