The inaugural ISF U15 World School Sport Games originally taking place on 26 June to 4 July 2021, in the city of Belgrade, Serbia, have been rescheduled for 11 to 19 September 2021.
We would like to inform you that the ISF has decided to follow the proposal presented by the Serbian School Sport Federation with the advice and support of Serbian local authorities, to reschedule the U15 World School Sport Games. With the current situation of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the proposal was accepted with the safety and wellbeing of all participants being the focus of all parties involved in its organisation. Delaying the event will provide additional time for the health situation within Serbia to strengthen.
Serbia is currently implementing a vaccination campaign recognised as one of the most efficient around the world, displayed in the table below:

With the current global health situation, we are all experiencing, it is easy to try and rush back to how things were, making decisions based on emotion. However, we are all aware of the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic and must do all that we can to prepare and protect everyone involved in ISF events. We remain tremendously confident in the level of preparations of the Serbian School Sport Federation and the Serbian local authorities currently underway who are ready to deliver an exciting and unique experience in Belgrade this September.”
