Ever since the lockdown happened around the world due to COVID-19 pandemic, the ISF has been posting one video per day to help children and their parents continue to exercise while staying at home. Since the ISF announced its campaign, videos from 21 different countries were shared by ISF members, school athletes, and coaches. Below you can find all videos from last week.
Last weekend was kicked off by a video from North Macedonia, as PE teacher Nikola Boglev demonstrated a workout with his daughter.
He was followed by Peru's Sophie Bordet, ISF TC Coordinator Climbing, who showed a training for strengthening muscles specifically for climbers.
ISF School World Championships football athlete Tobias from Slovakia presented his current workout routine.
The next video came from Argentina, as a school athlete Augustina shared her daily work out for agility, conditioning and throwing skills.
The virtual relay was taken up by the member federation of India, who filmed their tips on training for your swimmers.
Ukraine's athlete Oksana Bezeiluk, ISF WSC Combat Games medalist in karate, walked the audience through the steps of her daily workout, as she prepares for the postponed competitions at home.
ISF Ambassador Brazil's legendary volleyball player Giba recorded a message for the youth, calling them to stay active at home during these difficult times of pandemic.
The video below came from Nepal, as PE teacher Puspa Bista challenged others to join him in his football skills and exercises work out.
