The International School Sport Federation (ISF) and The Croatian School Sports Federation (CSSF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding confirming the participation of "I play, write, like" (CSSF sports journalism project)

During its online Executive Committee meeting on 21st December 2022, the ISF approved the affiliation of the National Sport Center as an ISF Member from Slovakia.

On December 21, the 16th ASSF General Assembly & 22nd ASSF Technical Committee Meeting 2022 was held online.

The introduction meeting between ISF President Laurent Petrynka and Her Excellency Sheikha Hind Bint Hamad Al Thani, Vice Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation, took place in Qatar for the benefit of bringing the two organisations closer together, around the same goals and vision.

On October 26th and 27 took place the 17th Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Sport in Antalya, Türkiye, the country which will host the ISF Winter Gymnasiade next February 2023 in Erzurum.

The Organising Committee of the ISF Gymnasiade 2024 held a press conference on Wednesday 5th October, to announce further details of the event, which will take place in Bahrain in October of 2024 under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

On the 30th September, school sport was in the spotlight in North Macedonia, during the Council of Europe’s (CoE) assessment visit on the implementation of the revised European Sports Charter.
