Second day of the ISF Executive Committee Meeting discussed the ISF Development Strategy

The Second day of the ISF Executive meeting took place on 1st of July 2022 in Rabat, Morocco and was opened by the report of ISF CFO Bilall Bahia who presented the state of affairs and current financial flow. In continuation, the development strategy for the period of activities in 2022-2026 was presented to the Executive Committee, which concluded the changes with the proposal to move the official ISF headquarters in Brussels to new premises as well as building the new ISF Office structure which would include welcoming new employees to the ISF staff.

During the meeting different goals were presented covering the needs and plans for the ISF Sport Department and events discussing the ISF event calendar structure for 2023-2028, setting a clear vision for the planned strategy of ISF events.

Furthermore, with the visible growth of ISF, further establishment of communication and relations with members is a necessity, requiring development of current and new platforms to maximise the reach and efficiency of ISF communication.

As part of its mission, ISF is dedicated to supporting education through sport, providing opportunities to develop knowledge, skills and understanding. For this, ISF continues to develop and expand its current education programme, and activity proposals, maximising the potential for youth to engage in ISF events and benefit from the combination of education & sport.

To facilitate the development and execution of new strategies within the ISF and its activities, consolidation and strengthening of internal communication is vital. Responsibilities of ISF commissions, committees, and other internal working bodies continue to be developed and expanded, taking them into new directions, with ISF members always at the core of their work.

The second day and final day of the ISF Executive Committee taking place in Rabat, also saw the confirmation the host city would also be hosting the ISF World School Football Championship in 2023, bringing ISF events back to Morocco once again, having last hosted an ISF event back in 2018 for the historic ISF Gymnasiade.
